Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly when you request a quote, send a message or make a booking. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination details, travel dates and times, passenger count, and any notes you add about the trip.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising unrelated to the service you asked for.

Booking through Calendly

Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When you schedule a ride, the details you enter are submitted to Calendly and handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy in addition to this one. Quote and contact form submissions are delivered through an external form provider and by email.

Sharing

We share your details only with the chauffeur assigned to your trip and with service providers that help us operate — for example the scheduling platform above. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we need them to operate the business and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for those purposes. You can ask us to delete your details sooner where we are not required to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and we do not run analytics on it. The Calendly booking widget may set cookies that are necessary for scheduling to function.
